Beginning with 2009 we have organized the Advent Festive Dinner before
Christmas. In 2020 because of the pandemical circumstances we had to rethink
our gathering. We didn’t stop our activity, we realize: children and families are
more in need and more vulnerable than ever.
The Sub Zero target group are people in need, homeless, children and their
families living on the street, but also people with deep economic, social,
familiar problems and unheated home or viscose.
The Solidaris Association made a request from the major of the city at Targu
Mures City Hall to allow the gathering with these people in need in a public
space. These meetings are a proper occasion to talk and pray with them, but also
in distributing aliments and warm food, clothes, vitamins, masks, hygiene
products, baby diapers, etc. In December of 2021 we have started this mission
also in Cluj Napoca with 70-80 beneficiaries.
Some of the homeless people would like to get a workplace, we are trying
in helping them also with work mediation thanks to the fact that we are in
contact with entrepreneurs.
